In 2025, Metro launched its new bus network initiative, “Better Bus.” As the first redesign in 50 years, the Network Redesign aimed to better serve customers by rethinking regional bus service.

The two-year marketing campaign included multi-lingual media, leveraging digital, print, and radio networks to reach riders. Better Bus leveraged public engagement pop-up events, signage across bus stops and on transit vehicles, brochures and flyers, digital and radio ads, website and digital navigation tool launches, and social media campaigns.
